Do you travel?
Yes, I do travel for my photography work to some specific locations such as Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore. If the client covers the cost of travel and accommodation, I am happy to provide my photography services in locations outside my usual working area. Feel free to discuss travel arrangements and costs with me if necessary.
How do we receive our photos?
After our photography session, I will carefully select and edit the best images from the session. The finished photographs will then be uploaded to a private, online gallery where you can easily view, download, and share them with friends and family. The link to the online gallery will be provided to you via email, giving you convenient access to your high-resolution photos from anywhere.
Do you edit the photos?
Yes, I do edit the photos. However, my approach is focused on maintaining the authentic feel and natural beauty of the moment captured in the photograph. I take pride in my ability to create a film-inspired, cinematic feel during the editing process, and I never want to compromise what makes each image special. My goal is to enhance the photo while still keeping a natural, timeless look that will last for years to come.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
When it comes to turnaround time, I strive to provide a prompt and efficient service to all my clients. Typically, for couples and engagement photoshoots, you can expect to receive your finished photos within 2 weeks. For weddings, the turnaround time may vary depending on the scope and scale of the event, but generally, you can expect to receive your photos within 4-6 weeks. I understand how important it is to receive your photos in a timely manner, and I strive to deliver high-quality images within a reasonable timeframe.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
Booking a photoshoot with me is easy. You can fill out the contact form here, and I will get back to you within 24 hours to arrange the details of your photoshoot. Alternatively, you can simply send me a message on Instagram, and we can discuss your specific photography needs and schedule the session. Upon booking, you will need to pay a 50% deposit to secure the date.
CAN YOU HELP US WITH PLANNING?
Absolutely! I would be more than happy to assist you with the planning process for your photoshoot or event. I have experience in various aspects of photography planning, from location scouting to outfit coordination. Let's discuss your vision for the shoot, and I can offer suggestions and guidance to bring that vision to life. I aim to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while ensuring that you are delighted with the final result.
HOW FAR OUT DO YOU BOOK?
I typically recommend that clients book as soon as possible to secure their desired date, as my schedule fills up quickly, especially during peak seasons. While I do have some availability in the near future, popular dates tend to get booked quickly. I completely understand the importance of securing a date for your photography needs, and I offer scheduling flexibility to accommodate your schedule as much as possible. Please let me know if you have a particular date or time frame in mind, and I would be happy to discuss availability and options with you.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO FOR AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
For your engagement session, I would recommend choosing a location that is meaningful to you as a couple or one that has significance in your relationship. This could be a place where you first met, your proposal location, or just a spot that you both love. It's great to incorporate personal touches, such as props or outfits, that reflect your style and personalities. I also suggest discussing any specific shots or concepts that you have in mind, so we can work together to create a beautiful and unique session. Engagement sessions are a fun way to capture the excitement and love between two people, and I'm looking forward to helping you plan a memorable and special experience.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
I recommend wearing neutral or solid colored clothing such as black, white, or other earth-toned tones. These colors tend to look the best on camera and ensure that the focus remains on you, rather than the clothing. Also, it is generally best to avoid clothing with busy patterns or logos, as it may be distracting in the photos. However, the most important thing is to wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. If you have any questions or concerns about what to wear, feel free to share them with me, and we can work together to create a cohesive and timeless look for your session.
